94. Donald Trump Drinking a Full Glass of Milk

Will January6 Hearings finally give Trump supporters the Ick? Nah. Water of the week is three carbonated interpretations of Grapefruit: Mad Tasty with 20mg of Hemp, Soleil by Signature Select, and Grapefruit-Lavender-Ginger Tea from Sound.

93. We Tell Ourselves Stories in Order to Live

How difficult it is, for us as humans, to understand that coincidences can be real. We want to tell stories. We want to make meaning. Everything must happen for a reason. Every pattern must be intentional. But what if it’s not? What if the universe doesn’t care about us? Then, perhaps, we must care about each other? Water of the week is our first Sparkling Water with Tea and Botanicals from Sound: Blueberry, Cinnamon, Hibiscus Tea. Also, Blackberry Raspberry from Sunny Select and Cranberry/Lime from Trader’s Joes Seltzer with a Splash.

92. Sad Girl Starter Pack

As young children, we make piles of hot trash and show it to our fathers and we want them to praise us. We want them to look and say that the hot trash is wonderful. We want them to express joy at who we are. That is how things must be. Without proper praise from our fathers, we cannot develop healthy self-esteem. We grow up to be needy adults that make hot trash podcasts that we want to show to the world, hoping that the world will look at our hot trash and praise it. More importantly, we want the world to look into our eyes and say that we are good enough, not because of what we made, but because of who we are. In this life, the world will always be a stand-in for our fathers and no Five Star Spotify Review will ever be enough! No lifetime Patreon supporter can ever fill that void! Anyway, the name of the shitty German grocery store that I couldn’t remember while recording is LIDL. Water of the week: Tangerine Lime from Sunny Select, Lime from Crystal Lake and Topo Chico Twist o’ Tangerine.

91. A Wonderful Little Man

Here’s the main takeaway: it’s ranch, but you don’t want to use the word ranch. Water of the week is WATERMELON-STRAWBERRY-KIWI: Watermelon Kiwi from Mad Tasty, Strawberry Watermelon from Signature Select, Strawberry Watermelon from Sunny Select, and Kiwi Strawberry from Sunny Select.

89. Why Does Everything Suck?

This episode is messy and we try to talk about everything all-at-once and it doesn’t work very well. However, if you vibe with me then you’ll love it. Also, the water must flow: Cherry Blossom from La Croix, Wild Cherry from Signature Select, Wild Cherry from Syfo, and Black Cherry from Clover Valley.

87. Tropical Fruit-Flavored Rejection

Mango Chainsaw from Liquid Death is the Official Sparkling Water of Elden Ring. In this water, you can taste every shade of Japanese nightmare: all that fear, doubt and loneliness. We also review Mango Pineapple from Signature Select and Pineapple from Soleil by Signature Select, but those two waters are 100% nightmare-free.

86. Page Intentionally Left Blank

This terrible no-good episode was brought to you by the M. Joakim Eriksson Center for American Decline. This week, the decline of the American Empire is everywhere for all to see. Water? Alta from Casamara Club is a sparkling, alcohol free take on the the Negroni, Unicorn Tears from Mad Tasty is an exotic and mysterious blend of natural fruit flavors that is delightful on the nose and refreshing for the brain, Aromatic from the Bitter Housewife is based on Old Fashioned Aromatic bitters and has flavors of dried cherries, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice.

85. The Body of My Master

In this episode, we talk about capitalism: it is no measure of health to be well-adapted to a sick society. This week’s sparkling water is three flavors from Casamara Cub: Como, Onda and Sera. Como is inspired by Amaro from Northern Italty and Onda is inspired by Amaro from Sicily. So fancy! We couldn’t get sparkling water like this without capitalism though, that’s for sure.

81. A Fresh of Breath Air

Here, we talk about video games and Morgan Short and something truly American: Having Dinner With The Conservative Wing Of Your Own Family. Water of the week is Guava Rose, Pear Turmeric and Lemon Ginger from wildwonder. One word, all lowercase. wildwonder. By Rosa Li, Founder. wildwonder. Growing up, my Chinese grandmother would wildwonder. Cheers, wildwonder. Growing up, wildwonder. One word. All lowercase.

80. This Week in Doug Huntington

What does it mean to be a good manager? How do we meet people where they are? How tall is Jason Momoa? Water of the week is our second round of Elder Tree: Elderflower Tonic Water from Fever-Tree, Elderflower Rose Lemonade from Belvoir Fruit Farms, and Blackberry Elderflower Immunity Drink from Vive Organic. Here’s a lil factoid for you: After Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus, he committed suicide by hanging himself from the branch of an Elder Tree. This is why the Jelly Ear tree fungus growing on Elder Tree used to be called Jew’s Ear.

78. Was Ukraine Always a Part of Europe?

Why is it so hard connect with the things we end up loving the most? Water of the week is a bunch of nonsense: Gokuri グレープフルーツ Grapefruit Pink&White, Yogurt Hoobaru Orange Flavor from Pokka Sapporo, and Clementine Flavored Italian Soda from O Organics. Hoobaru is kind of a nice word, though.

75. This Episode is 45% Boring-Free

We are not going to tell you which parts though, because there are giblets sprinkled through-out. Did you know that in New Zealand “sprinkles” are called Hundreds and Thousands? Isn’t that just the cutest thing you’ve ever heard? R.I.P. Dr. Sutherluke with the NZ factoids. Our weakly water is three flavors from Genki Forest: Lychee Fizzy, Yoghurt Refresh and Plum Passion.

72. Swedes Watch Too Much TV

In this episode, we talk about how my childhood was a lot like that movie My Octopus Teacher, but instead of an octopus, it was Bob Saget. Water of the weak is Triple Berry from Arrowhead Sparkling, Mixed Berry from Good & Gather, and Raspberry Lemon Sparkling Maple Water from Drink Simple.
